RPD Looking for Volunteers in Lip-Sync Challenge Today on Brown’s Island at 3:30

From some of the videos I’ve seen, rhythm is not a requirement to participate.

Police Departments across the nation are putting together lip-sync videos and challenging other departments to do the same. Up to this point, the RPD have not made a video. That’s all about to change.

From RPD:

ANNOUNCEMENT: Would you like to be part of the Richmond Police Department’s lip-sync challenge?! We are inviting the public to join us on Brown’s Island TODAY at 3:30 p.m. Anyone is invited! Parking is limited. All you have to do is show up at 3:30 and be ready to dance!

So far, in my opinion, the Norfolk Police have the lead.
