There’s a new Smoked Meat King of Richmond and the whole Commonwealth. It will come as no surprise to lovers of BBQ that ZZQ has been named Best BBQ in Virginia by Food & Wine. We first fell in love with Chris Fultz and Alex Graf’s brisket at various pop-ups throughout the city. When they opened their restaurant in Scott’s Addition permanent Nirvana was achieved.
