James River to Light Up on Saturday with 25th Annual Parade of Lights
Look to the James for dozens of decorated boats.
Christmas is five months away but the James River will be dressed for the holidays this Saturday. Boats from throughout the region will be decorated with lights and take part in the Annual Parade of Lights.
Normally the 25th Annual Parade of Lights is held in December but due to inclement weather it had to be rescheduled. That rescheduled date is Saturday, July 21st. Admission is FREE. The parade will follow a 14-mile route from Richmond to the Varina-Enon Bridge.
