Ironclad Coffee Roasters has been roasting coffee for 2.5 years in Richmond but didn’t have a café to call their own. They took matters into their own hands and bought an 1884 firehouse located at 1805 East Grace Street.

After renovations that started in January, they’re ready to start slinging the java this Monday.

The details for the first week are as follows:

Monday through Thursday: Limited hours “soft opening” — 7:00 A.M. ’til 2:00 P.M.
Friday: Grand Opening festivities with the first full day of regular hours — 7:00 A.M. ’til 6:00 P.M. (ribbon cutting at 8:30 A.M.)
