Memorial Service for Deborah Fellman, better known as the Balloon Lady, set for this Sunday

On April 4th the community lost a bit of happiness. Deborah Fellman died of cancer, but not before giving countless kids and more than a few adults a smile and balloon creation. Balloon artists from around the country recently gathered and honored her with a massive balloon creation at Regency Square Mall.
