Shockoe Valley Mfg. is located at 1600 Valley Rd and offer up forty thousand square feet warehouse of makerspace. 

Our makers offer a variety of services from blacksmithing, upholstery, woodworking, metal fabrication, jewelers, and local mixed medium artisans as well as one kick ass community motorcycle garage!

On Craigs List they’ve posted about bringing a new makerspace to the 2600 block of Hull Street.

Shockoe Valley Mfg is introducing a new 10,000 SF makerspace on Southside. Convenient to Forest Hill and VCU. Square footage is flexible at the moment, from 166 to 1128 SF (or more if you want). Building will have heat, AC and community kitchen. Retail space a possibility. Front facelift and minor renovations happening soon!!
