Local artist Keith Ramsey isn’t content with creating his own art. Keith wants Richmond to know about the many artists that are all around us.

To achieve that goal he’s started The KNOWDOWN.

The KNOWDOWN explores the backstories from the many artists, musicians, and craftworkers that make up the creative community in Richmond, Virginia in a conversational format.

Beginning with “two questions” that attempt to highlight under-represented artists in the RVA that have a unique story to tell, The KNOWDOWN is a vehicle to spur understanding between the creative individual and the curious public.

His fifth episode features another local artist, Foust. You can check out the other four on Facebook.

You’ll find Keith’s work on Facebook at Foundpunk and on the web at Ramsey Artworks. Support your local artist and you’re supporting the whole neighborhood.
