Sad news for lovers of comics and used books. The Westover Hills branch of Stories Comics and Used Books (5065 Forest Hill Ave) is closed.

The only information we have at this time is this statement on Facebook.

Wednesday afternoon they were loading up two semi-trailers with box after box of comic books.

This is a big blow not only for those that shopped there but also for the perpetually run-down Westover Place Shopping Center. Stories occupied a large section of the strip mall and its departure leaves a Metro PCS store, Delegant Beauty Salon, and China’s Best in the shopping center.
