Put a song in your heart with one of two New Misty Centrals’ shows
If you religiously follow the New Misty Centrals are you a Mister or Centralian? Either way find out what the fuss is about by going to a show.
Last I checked the New Misty Centrals are composed of nearly every talented musician and singer in the greater Hills and Heights area. To put it mildly, they’re a super-talented group of folks that have a blast singing and playing for their neighbors.
Usually, they have the one holiday show at Crossroads but this year they’re going on a massive two stop neighborhood tour.
Saturday, December 16th is a brunch show at Zata at 11 AM.
They’ll be back at Crossroads for their Annual Holiday Hootenanny on Friday, December 23rd at 7:30 PM.
I highly recommend that you attend one or both shows.

Minor Trail Work in Forest Hill Park
Please follow the detour and don’t venture into the construction zone.

A small section of trail in Forest Hill Park will be closed for some construction for a few weeks. There is a detour clearly marked so please follow the signs and stay out of the construction zone. Thanks!

Canastas Chicken in Stratford Hills (in the old Dick’s BBQ chain) is set to open this weekend. This will be the third location of Canastas.
