The Richmond Department of Public Utilities is giving away free weatherization kits to senior citizens 65 years or older and those who live in the city. All seniors age 65 or older in need of help winterizing their home are invited to get a sample weatherization kit. Information will also be available about the Senior Care program as well as materials from partner agencies.

Happening this Friday, October 27th, starting at 10 AM until 3 PM at JenCare (6530 Hull Street).
