Voter Registration Deadline is Monday

Need to register to vote in the November 7th elections? Deadline is this Monday, October 16th. Registration applications are online and at state Dept. of Motor Vehicles offices, public libraries, and all post offices. Applications must be postmarked by October 16th.

Here is the official list of who will be on the Statewide ballot come November. The biggie, of course, is the office of Governor where you have Democrat Ralph Northam, Republican Ed Gillespie, and Libertarian Clifford Hydra.

All your questions about how to vote, who can vote, where to vote can be found at the Virginia Department of Elections. Remember Virginia law now requires voters to show acceptable Photo ID to vote in person. Your acceptable Photo ID is the only thing you are required to show to vote in person.

Vote.org is another excellent resource for you voting questions.
