A quick look at Super Rico

We stopped by for lunch today and here are a few pictures, the menus, and quick thoughts.

There is a golden rule in restaurant reviews that you don’t officially review a restaurant until they’ve been open about six months. That being said I thought folks would like to see the inside of Super Rico that opened yesterday on Shelia Lane in the old Radio Shack near the Lowes and Walmart.

Quarter chicken white with beans, rice and yuca.

As well as the chicken above we had the chicken quesadilla, sorry folks no picture. Both meals were tasty and the portions were generous. The chicken was exactly what you expect from this style and was moist throughout.

As you’d expect with a brand new place everything was spotless but what was unexpected was the nice clean graphic design that was present. Everyone in the restaurant was super friendly. Judging by this first visit other rotisserie chicken restaurants need to keep on eye on this new place.

Below is the full menu.

Definitely worth checking out. Although we had no issues, remember that the first weeks of a new restaurant there will be hiccups and missteps. Don’t be too harsh in your public reviews or when sharing your experience with others.
