SHAPE UP AND DRINK RIGHT

Exercise allows you to drink more beer without becoming a giant rolling pile of sweaty goo. Finding the right type and place to engage in physical exercise can be a challenge. It’s not a challenge if you head to Strangeways this Saturday for their 2 for 1 Bootcamp at the Brewery. Exercise and beer in one spot it could be a completely neutral weight event if you play your cards and drinking right.

We are partnering with Fit By Benns for our first boot camp class of the year with a BLOWOUT DEAL of 2 for 1 admission! So, grab a friend and $10 (between the two of you) and head our way. Then hangout afterwards for a cold brew.

Although walk-ins are welcome, space is limited. We recommend securing your spot online at https://www.eventbrite.com/o/jason-and-candace-benn-of-fit-by-benns-12157242131 before class.

NO STONE FOR YOU

The folks at Stone Brewing Richmond are taking a day off. Tuesday January 17th (that’s today) the tasting room, brewery, everything, everything will be shut down so all the employees can have a bit of fun. Things will be back up to normal on Wednesday.

PROVE YOU’RE A PINBALL WIZARD

This Thursday at COTU you’ve got the chance to show how well you can work those flipper and nudge the machine.

Come on out and celebrate Pinball with us! The entry fee is $5 per week, plus the cost of the games. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 players! Bring you quarters, lucky hat, and a thirst for victory (and beer)! Not a pinball expert? No problem! Both pinball pro’s and newbies are always welcome.

FAR FROM DAWN RELEASE

Triple Crossing is releasing Far From Dawn Imperial Stout with Cacao Nibs, Cinnamon and Vanilla at their downtown Foushee Street location this Saturday. The release will be in crowlers and once again I love the graphics they’ve put together.
