The RTD has the details in last night’s made for tv excitement:

Police said Almodovar refused to stop and a pursuit started on I-64 eastbound. State police took the lead on the pursuit as it entered Fluvanna County.

The high-speed pursuit ended when the driver lost control on the Janhke Road exit ramp from southbound Chippenham Parkway at the Chesterfield/Richmond line.
