Fat Cat and the unfortunate worker are part of a protest against businesses that avoid paying taxes, workers compensation, overtime and unemployment by classifying their employees as independent contractors.

A quick search on Facebook and you’ll find Mr. Fat Cat making appearances coast to coast.
