Movement on the old Croaker’s Spot location UPDATE: RTD has the details

UPDATE 8/3/16:

Karri Peifer of RTD has all the delicious details on Jackson’s and shares them all right here. I stopped reading after this because I had all the information I needed.

First-time restaurant owner Cynthia Matthews said her plan for the space is a smoked-meats heavy menu (think smoked salmon, chicken, ribs), plus sandwiches and nachos featuring smoked meats.


We don’t have much to go on other than the ABC liquor license application you see above but Jackson’s Beer Garden and Smokehouse sounds pretty good to me. They’ve got two of the major food groups covered right off the bat, beer and barbecue.
