The 2nd Street Festival returns to historic Jackson Ward, Saturday-Sunday, October 3-4, for its 38th anniversary! The FREE festival celebrates the neighborhood’s rich culture with two days of live music and entertainment across three stages, plus food, shopping, family activities and more.

Acclaimed R&B artist Stokley will headline the Waverly R. Crawley Main Stage at 5:50 PM on Saturday, October 3. The two-time GRAMMY-nominated artist and former lead vocalist of Mint Condition joins a weekend lineup featuring Plunky & Oneness, the Baron Tymas Group featuring Rudy Faulkner, The Marvin Taylor Experience, JTucker & The Krewe, Carlos “The Line Dance Prince” and more.

Beyond the music, festivalgoers can enjoy FREE historic Jackson Ward walking tours with Gary Flowers, the Kidz Zone, SheJeepsRVA, food vendors, Artists Row and the marketplace, plus the official 2026 festival poster and T-shirt featuring artwork by Richmond artist Amiri Richardson-Keys.
