Blues Traveler and Gin Blossoms bring co-headlining tour to Innsbrook on August 27th
The show at the Innsbrook Pavilion will feature Spin Doctors as the opening act, with tickets going on sale January 23rd.
Blues Traveler and Gin Blossoms will bring their co-headlining summer tour to the Innsbrook Pavilion on Wednesday, August 27th, as part of the SERVPRO After Hours Concerts series. Spin Doctors will open the show.
The concert is scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM, with gates opening at 5:30 PM. Tickets go on sale Friday, January 23rd at 10:00 AM through the After Hours Concerts website. A limited number of Early Bird general admission tickets will be available through January 29th, while supplies last.
The tour brings together three bands whose biggest commercial success came in the early-to-mid 1990s, and it follows a similar lineup that toured last summer. Organizers are billing this year’s run as an expansion into markets that were not included in 2025, rather than a new or reworked production.
Blues Traveler, best known for the single “Run-Around,” continues to tour regularly more than three decades after its mainstream breakthrough. The band has leaned heavily on anniversary milestones in recent years, including the 30th anniversary of “Run-Around” and ongoing promotion tied to its catalog-focused releases. Gin Blossoms, whose album New Miserable Experience remains their commercial high point, have likewise maintained an active touring schedule built around their 1990s hits, supplemented by newer material that has seen limited radio exposure.
Spin Doctors return as the opening act while marking the 35th anniversary of Pocket Full of Kryptonite. Like the headliners, the band’s live sets continue to center on its early hits, despite the release of a new studio album in recent years.
The show is rain or shine, with no refunds. The Innsbrook Pavilion is located at 4901 Lake Brook Drive in Glen Allen. Additional details about tickets, season passes, and Insiders Club memberships are available on the After Hours Concerts website.
