Park Lane Tavern in Short Pump has closed permanently after six years in business. The restaurant announced the decision on social media, citing ongoing mechanical and plumbing issues that made it impossible to continue operating sustainably.

Management said they had done “everything we could to keep serving you,” but the unexpected challenges ultimately forced the closure. The issues impacted not only the business but also the staff, who were thanked for their “hard work, loyalty, and heart.”

In its farewell message, the tavern also expressed gratitude to customers for their support over the years, saying the community had filled the space “with laughter, stories, and memories.”

Guests are encouraged to visit other Park Lane Tavern locations in Virginia, where the company says the “spirit of Short Pump lives on.”
