A new rooftop bar is launching in downtown Richmond with the grand opening of Solaire, a 20th-floor venue offering panoramic skyline views, craft cocktails, and a seasonal food menu. The rooftop destination opens to the public Thursday, May 15 at 6:00 p.m. at 700 E. Main St.
Perched high above the city, Solaire is designed as a space for both casual gatherings and private events, featuring an immersive atmosphere focused on craftsmanship and creativity. The venue’s cocktail program highlights unique flavors and infused spirits, including signature drinks like the Paloma Spritz with rosemary-infused tequila, the Black Garlic & Charcoal Margarita, and the Tropical Negroni made with coconut oil-infused Campari and pineapple-infused vermouth.
In addition to cocktails, the bar offers a rotating selection of frozen drinks, non-alcoholic smoothies, beer, wine, and specialty coffee and tea. The seasonal food menu includes light fare, sandwiches, wraps, and heartier entrees, with brunch served on weekends.
Solaire’s regular hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 4 to 10 p.m., Friday from 4 to 11 p.m., Saturday from noon to 11 p.m., and Sunday brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The venue encourages reservations for groups of eight or more, which can be made by contacting [email protected].
