Pet Supplies Plus will open a new store on November 25 at 1519 N Parham Rd., offering pet owners a range of pet products, grooming services, and self-pet wash stations. The store aims to provide a convenient shopping experience for pet essentials, including natural pet foods, animal supplies, and carry-out service for heavier items.

Rick Stepien and Rob Keller own the Richmond location. Both bring years of business experience to the venture and plan to collaborate with local animal shelters and rescue organizations through events like adoption drives and fundraisers.

A weekend-long event will be held on November 23–24 to celebrate the grand opening, featuring activities such as free pet washes, nail trims (proof of rabies vaccination required), raffles, and giveaways. Highlights include complimentary Salty Paws ice cream for dogs, dog treat decorating, and prize raffles.

Store hours are Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Curbside pickup and free same-day delivery are available for online orders.
