Greater Scott’s Addition Association Hosting Mayoral Forum Wednesday

The Scott’s Addition Mayoral Town Hall will be held this Wednesday, September 18th, at 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (doors open at 5:30 PM) at The Chapel, 1808 MacTavish Avenue.

This event offers a unique opportunity to hear directly from the candidates running for mayor and to voice the concerns that matter most to our community. All candidates currently running for Richmond mayor have confirmed their attendance at this event.

This forum will provide a platform to:

• Engage with mayoral candidates and hear their plans for addressing critical issues that impact Scott’s Addition and the greater Richmond area.
• Discuss local concerns such as sidewalk development, traffic congestion, parking shortages, and the need for more green space and public infrastructure.
• Learn how the candidates plan to improve the quality of life for
  residents and businesses.
• Ask Questions and receive real-time responses on issues that affect our community.

Five people are currently running for mayor of Richmond: Andreas Addison, Danny Avula, Michelle Mosby, Maurice Neblett, and Harrison Roday. So far Harrison Roday has raised the most funds at $572,869, Danny Avula is in 2nd with $525,935, and Michele Mosby rounds out the top three with $223,694.
