The long-awaited public meeting to discuss potential improvements to the Hermitage-Laburnum intersection has been rescheduled for Wednesday, September 4. The meeting will take place from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. at Linwood Holton Elementary School, 1600 West Laburnum Avenue.

The meeting was rescheduled to give residents more time to review the recently released Intersection Alternatives Report for the Hermitage and Laburnum intersection. The comprehensive report is now available for public viewing and download.

During the meeting, residents will have the opportunity to engage with consultants from Kimley-Horn and representatives from the City of Richmond. These experts will be stationed at various points throughout the meeting space to answer questions and provide insights into the different models being considered for the intersection’s redesign.

This session offers a crucial opportunity for community members to learn about and provide input on the future of this key intersection in the city.
