Bridge 9 Theater, a newly established non-profit, is celebrating its first anniversary with a special fundraiser event on June 28 and 29. The fundraiser aims to raise money to support and expand the theater’s mission of providing inclusive and accessible improv education, training, and entertainment to the Richmond community.

The event, set to take place at The Workshop by T&D, located at 1400 Mactavish Avenue, will feature five improv shows over two nights. In addition to the performances, attendees can participate in both live and silent auctions. The weekend promises to be a celebration of local improv talent, laughter, and community connection.

Bridge 9 Theater offers low to no-cost improv programs to individuals with Autism, those in drug rehabilitation, and provides free community shows, in addition to their regular lineup of performances. The organization is dedicated to ensuring that anyone, regardless of their background or abilities, can experience the joy and benefits of improv.

It all takes place June 28-29 at The Workshop by T&D at 1400 Mactavish Avenue in Scott’s Addition.

Come join the celebration, enjoy some laughs, and support a great cause to help Bridge 9 Theater continue its impactful work in the Richmond community. Learn more and purchase tickets online here.
