RACC Officers went back to the Buttermilk Trail yesterday morning to investigate and collect more information and discovered another dead dog in a garbage bag. This one was hidden and tucked further away from the trail and closer to the road, we assume dropped from a vehicle. The garbage bag is the same type from the female dog we found on Monday. This dog is a 4 year old intact male, brown Pit Bull, cropped ears, no microchip or ID, and looks to be at least 24 hours dead. Pictures (WARNING: GRAPHIC) are posted in our RACC Medical Pics page on Facebook to view for identification. Please help us find the person(s) responsible for dumping these dogs. Forensic testing pending & more to come.

The graphic above shows the rough location of where both animals were found.
