Stella’s Market, new med spa coming to River Road II Shopping Center

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced that Stella’s Market and Serotonin Med Spa are coming to the River Road II Shopping Center in the Near West End.

Stella’s Market will occupy the former 1,800-square foot space previously occupied by Starbucks, while Serotonin Med Spa will take over the former 2,756-square foot Beecroft & Bull space. The River Road II Shopping Center, located at the intersection of Huguenot and River Roads, is a luxury retail center situated in one of Richmond’s affluent areas.

Stella’s Market is a part of Stella’s Grocery, a well-known Richmond favorite, and will provide customers with gourmet Greek products, prepared foods, baked goods, beer, wine, and more. The market already operates at multiple locations in Richmond, including Malvern Gardens, Scott’s Addition, Downtown, Westhampton, Manchester, Westover Hills, and Downtown Richmond.

Another new tenant, Serotonin Med Spa aims to be a resource for individuals seeking to enhance their health span and overall well-being, maximizing their human potential and promoting happiness.

The lease negotiations for these new additions were handled by James Ashby IV and Danielle Beckstoffer of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, representing the landlord, while Connie Jordan Nielsen, also with Thalhimer, assisted with the tenant assignment for Serotonin Med Spa.
