Annalise Bridal Boutique moving from Shockoe Slip to Libbie Mill
Libbie Mill has announced that Annalise Bridal Boutique has leased approximately 2,526 square feet in retail suite 130 of the Emmer Row building located at 4901 Libbie Mill East Boulevard. Annalise Bridal is moving its shopping experiences from its previous location on Main Street. The boutique will add a unique and refined retail service experience to the growing community.
The Annalise Bridal team has nearly completed the finishing touches on the new space, with plans to open their doors in late July. Harrison Hall and Peter Vick of Colliers International represented Libbie Mill in the transaction.
Founded in 2015, Annalise Bridal Boutique delivers a luxurious, refined, and sincere wedding gown and bridal accessory shopping experience to the local area. The boutique offers couture designer gowns exclusive to Central Virginia, curated by a dedicated team of bridal consultants focused on creating appointments tailored to each bride’s unique style and taste.
“We are thrilled to be moving Annalise Bridal Boutique to Libbie Mill,” said owner and lead stylist Lindsey Livesay of the impending move, “The convenience of location, parking, and more physical space drew us to this new location. Libbie Mill is unique in that it gives the downtown aesthetic while offering new fresh features. Annalise customers can expect the same luxury and charm as before. We have more hanging space for our gowns to be on display as well as two private viewing areas allowing us to entertain more than one bride and group at a time. We can’t wait to combine our top-notch service with the conveniences that our new location at Libbie Mill will provide.”
