Gumenick Properties is marking the continued development at Libbie Mill – Midtown with the commencement of site work for its newest 398-apartment community, Harp’s Landing Apartments.

The new multi-family rental building will be Libbie Mill’s third apartment community, including apartment homes ranging in size from studio through 3- bedrooms. Vertical construction of Harp’s Landing Apartments is expected to begin this summer and continue through mid-2025.

In addition to these new residences, Gumenick Properties’ plan of development includes improvements to the northern bank of Libbie Lake, as well as conceptual plans for an approximately 5,000 square foot commercial outparcel north of Libbie Lake Pier, adjacent to Harp’s Landing Apartments. More information on the project will be released as it becomes available. Residents and visitors should expect some changes to pedestrian walk areas north of the lake during construction.
