Suspect sought in indecent exposure incidents occurring in the Museum District

Richmond Police detectives are asking for the public’s assistance to identify the adult male in the photo who is suspected of peeping in windows and indecently exposing himself outside of homes on multiple occasions in the area.

Richmond Police detectives are asking for the public’s assistance to identify the adult male in the photo who is suspected of peeping in windows and indecently exposing himself outside of homes on multiple occasions in the area.

At approximately 10:03 p.m., Friday, December 2, officers responded to a report of a suspicious male looking into a window of a residence located in the 3100 block of Hanover Avenue. A victim has described the suspect as wearing a hoodie, jacket and a ball cap.  Surveillance camera footage shows the suspect on a porch exposing himself inappropriately.

RPD has increased patrols in the area and is asking that anyone with video or information please contact law enforcement.
