Hull Street Lane Closures at Richmond Highway and Cowardin

These closures were set to start today and last through October 7th.

WHAT: Lane Closure, Daily

WHEN:  Friday, September 30 through Friday, October 7, 2022 from 9 am to 4 pm

WHERE: in the 5th Voter District

  • Intersection of Hull Street and Cowardin Avenue
  • Intersection of Hull and Richmond Highway

BACKGROUND: There will be intermittent lane closures as the contractor will be performing pedestrian curb ramp and traffic signal infrastructure upgrades.
