Blu Hazel Lifestyle Boutique, a new personal and home accessories retail store, has leased approximately 1,632 square feet in Suite 160 of the Tanner Row building at Libbie Mill, located at 4900 Libbie Mill East Boulevard. The space faces Staples Mill Road, adjacent to The Corner Shops. The remainder of the building is leased by Crafted Restaurant, Airrosti Physical Therapy, and the Marsh Mclennan Agency.

Owners Stacey Marchetti and Yedda Stancil say they hope the space will be “a fun, artsy, mindful lifestyle boutique, and Richmond’s home for curating your authentic self.”

Ms. Marchetti and Ms. Stancil, joined forces to create a dynamic partnership built around products for an individual’s outer and inner world. They both owned successful separate businesses – Ms. Marchetti’s an online accessory boutique and Ms. Stancil’s a lifestyle coaching business – but recognized the potential synergies available to both businesses by opening a combined brick and mortar storefront.

“When Stacey and I met, we realized we shared a common purpose: mindful living. Through working together, we learned that our energies were aligned, so we created a partnership to help our clients become their most authentic selves and discover a sense of belonging, love, and unity,” says Ms. Stancil. Blu Hazel’s space is currently under construction and they plan to be open later this year.

In addition to the Blu Hazel Lifestyle Boutique lease, Libbie Mill has recently signed leases with River Run Dental, ACACIA midtown, and Brass Tap Beer Bar.
