Court Appointed Special Advocates of Henrico, better known as CASA, will be hosting their ‘Home for Good’ playhouse fundraiser at Short Pump Town Center beginning this weekend.

CASA Henrico is a local chapter of a national non-profit organization that promotes safe, healthy homes for all children, especially those vulnerable from cases of neglect and abuse, and advocates for them in courtrooms acting in the child’s best interest. Five of their ‘Home for Good’ playhouses will be on display at our shopping center from April 22nd through May 8th and community members will have the chance to participate in this fundraiser by making donations in exchange for opportunities to win a playhouse with all proceeds going to benefit CASA Henrico.

The winners will be drawn the week following the display and winners will have their playhouse delivered to their backyards in May 2022.

To support the launch of this fundraiser, the organization will be hosting a Stay & Play Spring Event on Saturday, April 23rd from 12:00 – 2:00 PM in the Main Plaza near the entrance to Crate & Barrel and Pottery Barn.

There will be plenty of sweets and treats for all ages to enjoy plus, you can be entered for a chance to win one of the five Playhouses with every $5 donation to CASA Henrico. All events are free of charge.
