The shuttered 5,451 square foot restaurant property, situated on 1.05 acres, was purchased from R&D Joint Venture from LG RT Glen Allen VA, LLC for $1,900,000.
The purchaser plans to reopen the building as a Generac retailer. Founded in 1959, Generac was the first to engineer affordable home standby generators, along with the first engine developed specifically for the rigors of generator use, and is now the number one manufacturer of home backup generators. Generac manufactures the widest range of power products in the marketplace including portable, residential, commercial and industrial generators.
