A new kidney care facility is under development in Scott’s Addition. Development kicked off at 3407 West Broad Street with the demolition of the former Bailey Insurance Company building.

The .58-acre site was purchased by TRP in July 2018. Groundbreaking occurred last week with the demolition of the existing building and site work to set the stage for construction of a 9,100 square foot office building to be occupied by Fresenius Medical Care on a long-term lease. This new kidney care clinic will allow Fresenius to further serve patients in the City of Richmond. Completion is scheduled for fourth quarter of this year.
