A new luxury apartment development is on the way to Henrico County’s Westwood area. The new apartments at 2033 Maywill Street will be part of a five-story, mixed-use development.

An entity known as 2001 Maywill LLC sold the land to Bristol Maywill Partners, LLC for $2,000,000. Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented the buyers in the purchase of 2.1 acres of land

The project is the residential component of a mixed-use development comprised of a five-story office building serving as the headquarters to Kinsale Insurance, plus a 630 space parking deck. The residential project, to be known as Tapestry West, has received a Plan of Development approval from Henrico County and is expected to commence construction in June of 2020.

The Tapestry West development is the latest of a long list of projects of which Thalhimer’s David M. Smith has collaborated with Bristol Development Group’s Chief Investment Officer David Hanchrow, purchaser/developer of the property.
