First Watch opening restaurant at Regency, marking the chain’s third Richmond location

Regency Square announced Tuesday that First Watch, the fastest-growing daytime-only restaurant operator in the U.S., has signed a 3,615 square foot lease to occupy an outparcel space at the mall at 8631 Quioccasin Road.

This will be First Watch’s third location in the Richmond area; current locations include Midlothian on West Huguenot Road in Chesterfield County, and The Shoppes at Westgate at W Broad and Lauderdale, in the Short Pump area. The new restaurant will be located near Starbucks on an outparcel of Regency that fronts Quioccasin Road; construction is now underway.

First Watch, with more than 330 restaurants, has become famous for its award-winning, made-to-order breakfast, brunch, and lunch. First Watch takes an elevated approach to both traditional and innovative offerings, made to order using farm fresh ingredients.
