A total of six properties, including four homes in the Fort Hill subdivision that are to be demolished, were purchased to form a 1.9-acre site that sold for $1,625,000.

A total of six properties at the southwest corner of Glenside Drive and Forest Avenue will be combined into a 1.9-acre lot that will be redeveloped into a climate-controlled self-storage facility.

The homes, built around 1950, will all be demolished to make way for the facility, to be known as Glenside Lock Box Self Storage.
