Details on South Falls High-rise Coming to Manchester

The office tower is scheduled to open in Fall of 2020.

In May of last year Richmond BizSense.com had the financial details on South Falls a $100 million development at 111 Hull Street. The location is between the floodwall and old canal just west of the Mayo Bridge and next to Floodwall Park. According to the article, work was scheduled to start this past summer.  Demolition of an existing structure is currently taking place to make way for the construction of the project.

The property will feature 135,000 square feet of office space.
