High-end consignment pop-up Curtain Call schedules encore event at Regency this March

Curtain Call, now in its twentieth year of business, accepts furniture, rugs, window treatments, lamps, pillows, framed artwork, and home accessories on consignment.

Curtain Call, Richmond’s high-end home and décor consignment pop-up retailer, returns to Regency beginning March 8th, the mall announced this week.

The 2019 sale will be located on the upper level near JCPenney through March 24. Curtain Call, now in its twentieth year of business, accepts furniture, rugs, window treatments, lamps, pillows, framed artwork, and home accessories on consignment. Pieces are displayed vignette style and accessorized to highlight the best qualities of each treasure.

Consigned items range from interior design firm’s former showroom pieces to items homeowners no longer need. “Repurposing and reusing someone else’s no longer needed furniture is the key to sustainability in today’s culture,” says Mary Warren, Regency’s property leasing director. “The sale attracts customers from hundreds of miles away who are eager to purchase designer pieces at a fraction of the original cost,” says Warren. Beginning March 20th, all items will be discounted gradually, starting at 20 percent off and increasing to 50 percent off on the final day.
