New Sculpture Up at Hull Street Library

New Sculpture Up at Hull Street Library

Always a fan of seeing more public art appearing on this side of the river.

The Mickael Broth sculpture has been installed at the Hull Street Library.

You might recognize the name Mickael Broth. A respected, artist/muralist (his murals are scattered about town) now he was sentenced to a 10-month jail sentence vandalism charges stemming from graffiti he had painted along Interstate 95 back in 2004. Nice story of redemption and great to see more public art on this side of the river.

You can read about when they selected the sculpture almost a year ago on RTD.
