Scott’s Addition warehouse set to be rehabbed into modern office space

The 13,000-square-foot building is set to be rehabbed this summer, with office space available by the end of 2018.

A father and son are teaming up for their third development in one of Richmond’s most sought-after neighborhoods.

Matt Hamilton, broker with Colliers International, and his father Tom Hamilton, principal of Henrico-based architecture firm Thomas Hamilton & Associates, are set to begin rehabbing the old industrial building at 2916 W. Marshall St. in Scott’s Addition into modern office space.

Construction on the 13,000-square-foot property is slated to begin in June, Matt Hamilton said, with plans to deliver the office spaces by fourth quarter 2018.
