RVA Fashion Week celebrates 10 years with full lineup of events beginning Monday
Entry to most of the week’s events is free and offers unique opportunities to purchase clothing, jewelry, accessories, and beauty products from local artists and designers.

RVA Fashion Week, an entire week devoted to the fashion and culture of the Richmond area, is celebrating its tenth year with a week chock full of events beginning Monday, April 23rd.
This year, events will take place at Stony Point Fashion Park, Can Can Brasserie, Lou Stevens Glam Squad, and the Maymont Nature Center. And on Saturday, April 28th, The Jefferson Hotel will host the ticketed grand finale runway show.
Entry to most of these events is free and offers unique opportunities to purchase clothing, jewelry, accessories, and beauty products from local artists and designers. The organizers will raise funds for two participating charities–Neighborhood Housing Services of Richmond, Inc. and Dress For Success Central Virginia.
“What an amazing time it is to be living in this vibrant city,” Executive Producer Jimmy Budd said in a news release. “Our creative arts community continues to grow with tremendous strides, and with this recognition, local artists and businesses are given greater opportunities to build and/or evolve their brand out of Richmond.”
“For 10 years our teams for RVA Fashion Week and recently-added RVA Fall Fashion Weekend have worked tirelessly to promote all of these talents by producing fashion events at unique venues each year which provide access to professionals in their respective fields, eager audiences, sponsors, and very important, the various opportunities to network with others in their fields or to enjoy the camaraderie of other artists.”
