Two new yoga studios coming to Stratford Hills
It’s yoga and dance time. With two new studios opening up this spring, you’ll be sure to find the right fit.

Katie Santoro is the owner of Lunge Yoga, a yoga studio opening on May 1st. The stretching will be taking place at 6819 Forest Hill Avenue, right next to the Food Lion. Group classes, private lessons, engaging workshops and series, and private events will all be offered up.
We will offer a full schedule ofclasses for all levels. We have an awesome group of instructors that will bring their unique class offerings from power to restorative. Our Facebook page is up @lungeyogarva where you can follow our progress and the website is under construction. You can sign up for our newsletter and updates at lungeyoga.com.
The buildout of the space is ongoing but expect to see a sign out front soon.
The other studio opening up is Downward Dog Dance-Yoga-Wellness owned and lead by Virginia Crenshaw.
Downward Dog hopes to open their doors in May as well but that date might slide to June. As the name implies Downward Dog offers dance along with yoga classes. Ballet, tap, and jazz grouped by age and Natasha “Canari” Byrd will serve as the Hip-hop instructor. Also offering “Mobile Yogis” if you want the yoga to come to your office, schools, churches, daycares, or other location.
Downward Dog is on Facebook and Instagram as well as the website linked above.
