Viral video shows men running through traffic, jumping over cars near The Diamond
The Instagram video, which has racked up over 1.2 million views, shows what appears to be a race between two men on foot through traffic and over cars.
A viral video has surfaced showing two young people jumping over cars on North Boulevard near The Diamond and racing down the street, leaving people with more questions than answers.
In the Instagram video below, which had racked up 1.2 million views and tens of thousands of comments at press time, two men can be seen racing one another in the northbound lanes of Boulevard towards oncoming traffic. The two then dart between cars and jump up on hoods to run across the cars, seemingly part of the race.

The video was produced by BOONK, an Instagram personality who has performed or documented other street races on foot, pranks, and other videos.
While the activity is clearly illegal in nature, Richmond Police have yet to comment on the video or acknowledge its existence.
