The City Halls will be alive with the sound of music

Public concerts by Richmond Public Schools start up Monday in the lobby of City Hall.

RPS students will once again continue their tradition of holiday caroling at City Hall.  Starting this Monday, Richmond Public Schools (RPS) choral programs will hold performances for all to hear. Performances will be held in the first floor lobby of City Hall (900 East Broad Street). The schedule is below but it is subject to change rvaschools.net will post any changes

  • Monday, December 12th, 11 a.m. -11:45 a.m. – Franklin Military Academy
  • Tuesday, December 13th, 11 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.  and 11:45 a.m. -12:15 a.m. – Bellevue Elementary School Chorus and Mary Munford Elementary School Chorus
  • Wednesday, December 14th, 11 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. – Chimborazo Elementary School Chorus and Miles Jones Elementary School Handbell Choir
  • Thursday, December 15th, 11 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.  and 11:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. – Binford Middle School Chorus and Swansboro Elementary School Chorus
  • Friday, December 16th, 11 a.m. -11:30 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. – John B. Cary Elementary School Chorus Elkhardt/Thompson Middle School Chorus
