Tarrant’s West’s is hosting a wine dinner November 10th featuring five courses paired with exquisite Barboursville wines. The Autumn Barboursville Wine Dinner takes place Thursday November 10th at 6:00 PM. Hosted by Chef Danny Kelly and international wino Jason Tesauro, the dinner is $75 per person.

The full menu is as follows:

First Course:
Oyster on the half shell with a brut rose mignonette and Brie Apple Crostini
with rosemary infused honey butter
w/ Brut Rose

Second Course:
Pan Seared Rockfish with sautéed broccolini
served with a sauvignon blanc beurre blanc
w/ Sauvignon Blanc

Third Course:
Sweet Potato Almond Salad with frisee, ramps, apple, feta
with fig Vermintino vinaigrette
w/ Vermintino

Fourth Course:
Braised Short Ribs with parsnip puree, roasted Brussel sprouts
and a Cabernet Franc Demi Glace
w/ BOTH Cabernet Franc & Octagon

Fifth Course:
Pumpkin Crème Brulee with Chantilly Cream and Seasonal Berries
w/ dessert wine
