Hammers and Ales usually not a good idea but here’s an exception

Hammers and Ales is a fundraiser for the Richmond Community ToolBank

The Richmond Community ToolBank is a non-profit that provides other non-profits with tools that can used for maintenance, construction, repair or whatever need arises.

They operate out of a 10,000 sq ft warehouse in Scott’s Addition and have over 200 different types of tools. They’ve got enough of these tools to outfit a small army of volunteers to that even the largest of projects can be knocked out in short order.

As with any non-profit occasionally there is the need to raise funds. That’s were Hammer and Ales comes into the picture.

Join us for our inaugural Hammers & Ales Party & Fundraiser on Saturday, October 8th from 6-9pm.

Our event will feature incredible live music by MoDeBree Band, food by Buz & Ned’s & beer courtesy of Stone Brewing. All proceeds will go to support your RVA ToolBank. Dress for the event will be casual.

The ToolBank is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit that loans tools and equipment to other community-based organizations to help stregthen and celebrate our shared community.

*Tickets are partially tax deductible*
