Brews and barbecue for you this Sunday at the 5th RVA BrewBQ

This Sunday from 12 – 5 PM beer and slow roasted meats at the 17th Street Farmer’s Market.

The 17th Street Farmers Market has partnered with Brown Distributing to bring 17 breweries’ beers to the Farmers Market. You certainly don’t want to drink on an empty stomach so they also have contacted many of the big hitters in the slow and low school of meat cooking. There will be all sorts of barbecue for you to dine upon. The Halligan Bar & GrillThe Cultured SwineInner City Blues home of Carolina Bar B QueJadean’s Smokin’ Six O, Dank Eats, and Saucy’s BBQ are just some of the meatmen (and women) that will be serving you up.

Don’t eat tonight or tomorrow and save all your caloric intake for Sunday. After enjoying the BrewBQ roll home and catch the closing ceremony of the Olympics. Sit back prepare for the upcoming dreary work week while watching world class athletes as you slowly digest all that tasty barbecue.

Don’t forget barbecuing is not grilling.
