The Richmond City health department is working to establish a Northside Health and Wellness Initiative in local neighborhoods. The basic idea is to get local service providers and resident groups to increase communication and collaboration around meeting shared goals.

To get this initiative focused on the right priorities, they’re collecting survey responses to a brief health survey that will help know what issues people in the Northside are actually dealing with. Unfortunately, very little up-to-date data on health exists, and almost none exists that can be traced back specifically to the Northside.

You can fill out the survey online.
